Shell flytrap (Dionaea muscipula 'coquillage')
The shell flytrap is a small, short-toothed flytrap that grows close to the ground all year round. The trap is only about three centimeters. Because the clip is round and thick, it looks like a shell when closed. In an adult plant, the back teeth will show the short and thick "conical" characteristics of the standard short tooth system. The inside of the trap can turn blood red under sufficient light and a large temperature difference, and when paired with the light yellow color of the plant, it will have a crystal clear color. It feels extremely beautiful.
Tips: Try to use pure water, rainwater and other soft water when watering
