Production
The production process includes making the glass tank, placing the equipment, making the stream and planting the plants. Since the plants need to be grown, it usually takes 12-16 weeks.

After-sales maintenance
Maintenance items within 3 months after sale are free of charge, including one door-to-door maintenance; if annual after-sales maintenance services are required, the fee for every three months is 5% of the total order cost
