Purple-finned loach (Pseudogastromyzon laticeps)

The purple-finned loach mostly lives on rocks, scraping and eating various algae and invertebrates. It is a common algae-removing fish in native tanks. It is advisable to use sunken wood with a smooth surface to build the breeding environment.
