包纏狸藻花朵顏色為亮黃色。花有一個兩裂的下花冠唇和非常球根狀的中心。上花冠唇很大，與下唇大小相同。花梗很細，並且圍繞著周圍的莎草強烈地盤旋以提供支撐。
