1. Ordering Terms
- Order Confirmation: After you submit your order on our website, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This email only confirms your order and does not mean that we have accepted your order.
- Order Processing: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including but not limited to insufficient product inventory, price errors, or other reasons. In this case, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
2. Shipping service: Enjoy free SF Express when you spend over $600 (except animal products), and enjoy free shipping on all products when you spend over $1,000.
- Delivery Notification: Before delivery, we will notify you of the specific delivery time via WhatsApp so that you can be prepared to receive the goods.
- Receipt Requirements: Customers are required to ensure that appropriate personnel are present to receive goods at the time of delivery. If the recipient cannot be found within the agreed delivery time, it may result in a delay or rescheduling of delivery, and the relevant costs will be borne by the customer.And you must arrange for someone to receive the goods. If there are product problems due to no one or delay in receiving the goods,GreenFlowwill not be responsible
- Special circumstances: If the delivery address is in a remote area and requires climbing stairs or slopes, the shipping fee may be adjusted. We will contact you after confirming the order to inform you of the specific freight changes. Shipping fee adjustments are not grounds for a refund.
- Shipping Time: We will process and ship your order as soon as possible after receiving it. The specific delivery time will vary according to the region and shipping method, usually within 7-10 working days.
- Delivery Risk: Risk passes to the customer when the product is dispatched. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address to avoid delays or loss.
3. Refund Policy
- Refund conditions: If the plants or live products received are damaged, please contact us within 6 hours after receiving the goods and provide corresponding evidence. We will refund or replace depending on the situation. Please note that death due to improper husbandry is not covered by the refund.
Reasons for non-refund:
Product damage or death caused by the customer's own reasons (such as improper feeding, environmental changes, etc.).
Products that have been opened or used.
Requests beyond the refund period.
Problem caused by customer providing incorrect shipping address.
Normal changes in living products due to natural causes (such as seasonal changes).
The customer failed to contact us within 6 hours after receiving the product.
- Refund process: If you meet the refund conditions, please send the product back to our designated address, and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 working days.
4. Changes in terms
GreenFlow reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
GreenFlow is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of this website or the purchase of products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
