Reason for return:
Plant loss - Refund for the degree of plant loss.
Non-return reason:
Inconsistent with product pictures (because the pictures are usually taken when the plant states of this variety are in the best condition, the plant state will be based on the ambient temperature, light, soil, humidity, season, and some products enter the dormant period. Changes by multiple factors)
We only ensure that the varieties are consistent with the varieties you purchased individually.

Reason for return:
A bear with a death or serious health problem occurs. Please contact us within 6 hours of receiving the animal on time and provide corresponding photos and videos.
Non-return reason:
The product does not match the picture, the product is not properly kept, or the product is not received at the agreed time.
For some products, we will send 1-2 more pieces when shipping. The purpose of this is only to prevent loss and is not within the scope of refund.
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 1 day. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
