月亮石 Echeveria 'Moon Stone' 是景天科擬石蓮花屬多肉植物，冬雲系雜交品種，周正蓮花座，綠體紅邊，綠的時候和吉娃娃有點像，出狀態，紅邊明顯，典型的冬雲系特徵，葉色也可以有點泛黃。
春夏兩季葉片多數變現為綠色，和吉娃娃有幾分相似，在秋冬季節有較大溫差和足夠的陽光照射是才會表現出黃體紅邊的狀態。
