Hoya fusco marginata ' Hoya cv.Noelle ' is the hybrid of Hoya vitellinoides and Hoya vitellina.IThe inflorescence is made up of multiple flowers in a group of umbel. The inflorences are yellow,  star-shpaed with pink centers. They like made up of wax.They are heavily scented with a sweet fragrance.The leaves are slightly curved with distinctive veins.The veibs are  dark green  ,the leaves turn yellow under sunshine but the veins stay green.
