淡味西瓜皮球蘭顧名思義葉片的紋路顏色和葉片色形成鮮明對比 像西瓜皮一樣的感覺 葉子較厚且硬 純觀葉也是個不錯的選擇。
葉腋生傘型花序，呈球狀，花冠粉色，中心黃色，呈星狀，略向下彎曲，副花冠白色，呈星狀。
花期：
球蘭的花期一般在4-6月，養護的好可持續開花到9月，因此進入3月之後，就可以控水、增加磷鉀肥來給球蘭催花。
