糖心雪天使在夏季進入休眠期，生長將會暫時停止，糖心顏色也會消失。秋天來臨時恢復生長。糖心顏色需要溫差才會再次顯現，如需人工製造溫差刺激糖心顏色可以考慮早上用冰水對葉片進行噴灑並增加日曬時間。
