龜甲蘿藦 Milk Vines (Matelea cyclophylla)

This plant will be in hibernation mode during summer.  During summer (May to October), you will be receiving a caudex with no leave and you need to wait till winter for new growth of leaves.

- Matelea cyclophylla is native to Mexico

- It has heart-shaped, fleshy large leaves that grows in trailing and climbing motion

- The caudex has corky, soft, and angular tubercles all around it and the vines grow out of this caudex

- Don't water your plant frequently in hibernation mode to prevent root rot

- Don't put your plant under direct sunlight
