Beach Bells, also known as Kalanchoe manginii ‘Wendy Sunny Balloon’ is a perennial succulent with fleshy ovate, shiny, mid-green leaves on semi-erect stems. As its name hinted, the rosy-red coloured flowers is bell-shaped, tipped with pale creamy yellow, and bloom in spring and autumn. Usually cultivated as houseplants or succulent garden plants, Kalanchoe Wendy are expected to grow up to 12 inches tall. The plant has low water requirements but prefers minimum temperature of 10°C, and does well in full sun or partial shade.
